This is the special drink that warms me up after spending a few hours in the cold sea. Mango is one of the most popular, nutritionally rich fruit in pre-biotic dietary fibre, vitamins, minerals, and poly-phenolic flavonoid antioxidant compounds. For more benefits of Mango check out:

Serves: 4 Cups


  • I Mango
  • 0.5 l of orange juice or mango juice
  • 0.2 l green tea
  • 3 spoons of lemon or lime juice
  • 150 ml of water
  • 4 shots of Cointreau (can be more or less, depending on how cold or cheeky you feel)
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

Heat the Orange and Mango juice together with lemon juice, water; add one mango cut into little pieces. Add Cointreau & cinnamon at the end. Do not boil, serve hot into 4 cups. Enjoy 😉
